What's the cancellation policy?

When you book directly on our website you will be able to amend, vary or cancel your booking by 2pm up to 48 hours before the day of arrival - easy peasy! Payment for your room will processed after the 48 hour cancellation has passed.

If a non-refundable rate has been booked, you've bagged a discounted rate and we're afraid it is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-amendable.

Is there parking?

There’s an NCP car park a hop skip and a jump away on Chorlton Street - right here. For a special discount rate of £20 for 24 hours, simply download the Park Pass app and input the code: manchesterhotels. You'll need the app to access the carpark so be sure to download it in advance.

There's also a council car park at Bloom Street. It is £12 for 24 hours, for extra details click here .

Or, there is also an open car parking run by ParkingEye at £16 for 24 hours apart from Sunday where it is £5, full details here.


Is there a restaurant at the hotel?

Upstairs at LEVEN, our lobby bar, is your all-day go-to for everything from morning light to late-night. Upstairs at LEVEN is fully stocked with pastries, smoothies and other breakfast snacks in the morning, and light grazing fare the rest of the day ( think olives, sliced meats, hummus, breads). The bar is fully loaded too, and we can rustle up your favourite cocktails in no time.

Or, head downstairs to Maya our canal-side brasserie serving modern-European classics and the lower ground-floor, elegantly designed dining room that centres around an ingredient-led, locally sourced and seasonal menu. MAYA is a refreshingly dynamic dining experience, taking you from noon until the small hours across all three of its levels, each one telling its own story.

Our team at the front desk are also happy to give you recommendations of their favourite local haunts in the thriving Manchester restaurant scene.

Are there vegan options available?

Sure thing - we’ve got a bunch of delicious plant based items available.

When can I check in?

If you book directly on our website and we have a room available, you can check in whenever you want. Just let us know what time you’ll be arriving when you make your reservation, and we’ll do our best to get you checked in asap.

What time is check out time?

We know you sometimes need a little more time to help your plans come together, so if you’ve booked your room on our website, let us know what time you need to check out and we’ll do our best to make it happen :)

Why should I book on your website?

Do you have a gym?

Keen to keep on track with your workout whilst travelling? There are multiple gyms within walking distance of the hotel, including V1BE or yoga and fitness studios, Bodybarre and boxing classes. There’s even a scenic urban running routes along the canal paths.

Can I bring Fido?

We love our pooches at LEVEN and all of our furry guests are VIP (Very Important Pets) and spoilt. We’re next to the canal and some cool city walks, plenty of new sniffs and lots of dog friendly dining experiences.

Forgotten something?

Why pack everything but the kitchen sink when we've got you covered? Save that extra suitcase space for more shoes and accessories. Just ask our team and we will hook you up with all of those forgotten essentials from toothpaste to adaptors and even washing up liquid.

Are taxes included?

Yep - the UK's Value Added Tax (VAT) is inclusive in the room rates and other prices throughout the hotel. A further £1.20 per room per night Manchester City Tax is also applied to guest's hotel room bills at check out.
